PROJECT INFORMATION

At Ancient Nutrition, I develop and produce platform-specific social media content, including memes, short-form video (Reels and TikTok), UGC-style photography, and SEO- and AI-informed copy, while maintaining a consistent brand identity across all social channels.

I design all assets for the social media feed, which you can view here. I also film, edit, and plan a lot of the content reels, including recipe development.
